New Years Eve 2016

This year  the night will be split into two separate sittings.

1st Sitting: Bookings 5:30 and 6:00 pm, but the table will be required back by 8.00pm. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy your evening and then move on to party the night away. For the 1st sitting we offer our A La Carte Menu. A deposit of £10.00/person will be required upon booking the table.

2nd Sitting: Bookings from 8:30 onwards and take you through into 2017. For the 2nd sitting we have a set menu priced at £45.00 / person (please see below). To ensure the smooth running of the evening’s service this year we are asking for a pre order.

A deposit of £20.00/person will be required upon booking the table.

Home-made scallop and prawn ravioli with wilted spinach, spring onion and samphire cream

Ham hock and chestnut terrine served with char-grilled brioche and home-made piccalilli

Wild mushroom risotto, parmesan crisp and white truffle oil

Cartmel valley smoked salmon with fresh crab and cucumber salad, marie rose sauce and lemon mayonnaise dressing

Chicken breast stuffed with chorizo and feta cheese served with roasted baby sweet corn, fondant potato and piri piri cream sauce

28 day aged sirloin served with confit red onion tartlet and grilled cherry vine tomatoes, hand-cut jenga chips, mustard mayonnaise

Creamed leek, spinach and chestnut tart served with chargrilled asparagus and roasted red pepper dressing

Salmon wellington served with sautéed new potatoes and wild mushroom cream
