This year we are taking bookings at 7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 pm.
You are more than welcome to arrive earlier and have drinks at the bar. Fires will be roaring.
The set choice menu below is priced at £60.00 per person and we are asking for pre-orders to ensure the smooth running of the evening.
We will be adding a few little extras to your night, including fireworks outside after midnight, making your evening at The Fulling Mill one to remember (for all the right reasons, of course).
A deposit of £20.00 per person will be required upon booking your table.

Home-made breads and canapés
Coquille St. Jacques (oven baked scallops, cheese sauce and crispy bacon,
topped with mash potato)
Poached pear served on dressed rocket and topped with
Roquefort cheese and toasted walnuts
Crispy duck salad served with watercress, beansprouts and red radish,
tomato and sesame oil dressing
Wild mushroom risotto, white truffle oil, parmesan crisp
Fish platter: half wild dressed lobster, Cartmel smoked salmon, prawn marie rose, peppered mackerel and salt and pepper squid, served with breads and dips, choice of chips or new potatoes
Mozzarella and sun blushed tomato tart topped with fresh rocket and served with roasted peppers, char-grilled courgettes, baby sweet corn and asparagus, red pepper dressing
Roasted sliced fillet of beef served with fondant potato, tempura oyster mushrooms, baby winter vegetables and madeira jus
Roast breast of chicken stuffed with goats cheese and chorizo served with pesto mash, roasted peppers and kalamata olives, light mustard cream sauce
