This year we are taking bookings at 7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 pm.
You are more than welcome to arrive earlier and have drinks at the bar. Fires will be roaring.
The set choice menu below is priced at £50.00 per person and we are asking for pre-orders to ensure the smooth running of the evening.
We will be adding a few little extras to your night, including fireworks outside after midnight, making your evening at The Fulling Mill one to remember (for all the right reasons, of course).
A deposit of £20.00 per person will be required upon booking your table.

Warm beards, hummus, olive oil and balsamic
Kalmata marinated olives
Cullen skink (smoked haddock and potato soup)
Poached pear, walnuts and Dolcelatte and fresh rocket salad
Crispy duck salad with beansprouts, tomato, sesame and soya dressing
Cartmel smoked salmon and peppered mackerel served on horseradish and potato salad
Roast breast of pheasant stuffed with wild boar and damson, wrapped in bacon and served with rosti potato, red cabbage compote, roasted parsnips, port and cranberry sauce
Pan-fried fillet of seabass, char-grilled courgettes, caper and herb potato cake, wilted spinach, roast vine tomatoes and pesto dressing
Grilled sirloin steak served with sautéed wild mushrooms, vine cherry tomatoes and confit onion tartlet, rocket, hand-cut chips and garlic mayonnaise
Spiced roast vegetables, haloumi and mushroom puff pastry tart, tarragon and wild mushroom cream, sautéed new potatoes
